SEPD seeking info on an elderly male driving a blue vehicle with a trailer. Incident took place today. 
Today at approximately 0930 an elderly male (over 65) driving a blue vehicle (unknown if a car or truck) with a trailer full of cans pulled up to a juvenile. The elderly male asked the Juvenile if she would help him with his headlights. As the male got out of the vehicle, he asked the JV to sit in his vehicle. The JV refused and went to a close by relative’s house. The Sleepy Eye Police Department is asking the public’s help in locating this individual for questions related to this activity.
