On June 15th, the Lyndhurst Police Department will resume the practice of installing child safety seats. Installation of seats will be done by appointment only. Also, please clear or remove all personal items and other objects from the interior of your vehicle as a decontaminate solution will be applied to the passenger compartment before and after the installation. We kindly you ask that you wear a mask upon arrival and throughout the installation. Please know for your safety and well-being, and for the safety and well-being of the officer, you can be turned away if you choose not to accept these conditions.
