Contra Costa Co. orders countywide curfew for all to stay indoors from 8 PM to 5 AM until further notice. 
Contra Costa County has passed a proclamation of a local emergency and countywide curfew order because of the civil unrest. The curfew requires people to stay indoors from 8 PM - 5 AM the following day until further notice. Here is a link for additional details:
