COVID-19 Small Business Assistance Grant Program 
The City of Ripon has created a Small Business Assistance Grant Program to help offset the economic impacts from COVID-19. This program offers a grant of $3,000 to cover Rent/Mortgage, Utilities and Payroll to eligible small business establishments that have been affected by the State of California's Executive Order mandating closure of non-essential businesses.
