• Starting on June 15, all retail establishments are authorized to reopen their indoor spaces to the public. (In other words, they will no longer be limited to deliveries and curbside pickups, although they are certainly allowed to continue making deliveries and having curbside pickups; now, they can fully reopen.)
• There will no longer be any distinction between “essential” retail and “non-essential” retail; all retail establishments will be subject to the same rules.
• All retail establishments must have policies that include certain health standards. These standards are exactly the same as have been in place for essential retail since April. As a reminder, these standards include (but are not limited to) limiting occupancy at 50% of the stated maximum store capacity and requiring workers and customers to wear masks while on the premises, except where doing so would inhibit that individual’s health or where the individual is under two years of age.
