Subject: Felony OWI Arrest

On Thursday, June 4, 2020 at around 8:43 PM the Sun Prairie Police Department received a report of a two vehicle crash in the 500 block of Stonehaven Drive in the City of Sun Prairie, WI. Sun Prairie Police Officers made contact with the vehicle and Isaac Tillman was identified as the driver of the vehicle. Tillman, age 46 of Madison, was subsequently arrested for Operating While Intoxicated - 7th Offense, a felony. Tillman was booked into the Dane County Jail on a felony OWI charge, operating after revocation, and a probation and parole hold. The driver of the other vehicle was not injured.

Pursuant to the directive of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, as found in Supreme Court Rule 20:3.6, Trial Publicity, you are advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
