Large protest expected in Asbury Park tonight, Curfews in place for Deal and Loch Arbour 
A large protest is scheduled for tonight in Asbury Park. All residents are encouraged to avoid the area and expect a large police presence. A curfew has been put in place for the Borough of Deal and the Village of Loch Arbour. The curfew in Deal runs from 8pm tonight thru 5am tomorrow. The curfew in Loch Arbour runs from 8pm tonight until 6am tomorrow.
The Deal Police Department has been coordinating with the State Police and other local police departments to ensure the safety of all of our residents. At this time, we recommend that you avoid the area of Asbury Park, there may be severe travel disruptions. All residents are asked to be aware of any suspicious activity and report them to the Deal Police at (732) 531-1113.
