New Jersey Tree Recovery Campaign Provides Free Tree Seedlings to Residents in Raritan Township.

From June 5th to June 15th on, residents will be able to request tree seedlings by email to [email protected].
Due to COVID-19 we will be handling the distribution with a no contact drop off at your residence. Please email your name, address, number of trees and species requests to [email protected]. Maximum number of trees available per residence will be determined based on demand requested. Seedlings, available on a first come, first served basis, come with instructions on how to store, care for, and plant the trees.
The guides help residents choose the right place on a property to plant a tree while keeping in mind the tree’s full-grown size in the future. Residents should plant the seedlings within two days after delivery in order to prevent the roots from drying out.
