The Kern County Sheriffs Office is searching for an escapee from Kern Medical Center at 1700 Flower St, Bakersfield. Wanted is Jason Ralls white male, 42 years old, 6'0, 200 pounds, brown hair, hazel eyes last seen wearing a brown jump suit, either barefoot or wearing socks only. Waist chain, cuffed by the wrists to the waist chain and leg shackles. Deputies are in the area. If you see the inmate, do not approach and call 911. Thank you.
