The Kern County Sheriff's Office is searching for an inmate that escaped custody from Kern Medical, 1700 Flower St. Bakersfield. The outstanding is Jason Ralls, white male, 42 years, 6'0, 200 pounds, brown hair, hazel eyes last seen wearing a brown inmate jumpsuit, with a waist chain, cuffed from the waist chain to both wrists and leg chains, barefoot or wearing socks.
