For businesses affected by the civil unrest and need a copy of a police report:
-Request a copy of the report/incident through Access Hayward at:
https://user.govoutreach.com/hayward/support.php?cmd=shell
-Click on Public Safety
-Click on Request Copies of Police Reports and fill out online form
-Hayward Police Records will provide a copy of the report/incident via email at no charge
-Reports shall be provided no later than 10 days after request is received
