DOT Road Projects Impacting Robbinsville Motorists
Extensive Interstate 195 Eastbound Repairs
A pavement preservation project on I-195 eastbound between Hobson Avenue in Hamilton and Route 526/Robbinsville/Allentown Road in Robbinsville began today. The New Jersey Department of Transportation announced the work is expected to take approximately four months.
Upon completion of the preliminary work, milling and paving will be done overnight, requiring lane and ramp closures on I-195 eastbound between Hobson Avenue in Hamilton and Route 526/Robbinsville/Allentown Road in Robbinsville for approximately four months. The closures are necessary to begin road repairs and the application of high performance thin overlay and striping. NJDOT will provide more information in advance of any lane or ramp closures.
The precise timing of the work is subject to change due to weather or other factors.

Milling & Resurfacing Impacting Robbinsville Edinburg Road
Due to deteriorated pavement surface conditions, Old Trenton Road (CR 535) from South Post Road to Robbinsville-Edinburg Road is scheduled for milling and resurfacing by the Mercer County Department of Transportation (DOT).
Work would commence on or about Monday, June 15, 2020 with an anticipated completion time of approximately two (2) weeks (weather permitting).
Mercer County staff would post signs prior to the start date advising motorists of the upcoming road work.
During construction, Old Trenton Road would be closed to through traffic from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Motorists would be directed to use Cubberley Road, Line Road and Robbinsville Edinburg Road. However, local access would be permitted for residents. Normal traffic conditions would resume all other times.
