Flood Warning until 09:30PM

At 1055 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated two to three inches of rain have fallen across the warned area between Monday evening and early this morning. The Missouri Department of Transportation reported road closures due to flooding on Highway P east of Buffalo and on HIghway J east of Conway. This warning includes but is not limited to the following low water crossings... Route C north of Buffalo at Lindley Creek... Route HH, 1 Mile east of Urbana... Route J at Parks Creek 2 miles east of Morgan... Route BB at Cahoochie Creek northeast of Urbana... and Greenwood Road 5 miles west of Marshfield.

Instructions:

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route. A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
