* Until 245 AM CDT Wednesday.
* At 240 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated that up to four inches of rain have fell across the region earlier today. This is leading to residual flooding of low lying areas.
* Creeks, streams, and low water crossings will be especially susceptible to the dangers of flooding.
* AFFECTED AREAS: PULASKI, MO ... BENTON, MO ... HICKORY, MO ... MARIES, MO ... MILLER, MO ... MORGAN, MO ... DALLAS, MO ... LACLEDE, MO ... CAMDEN, MO ... POLK, MO
