Charlotte Davenport Apprehended 
On June 9, 2020 at a approximately 2120 hours, an off-duty trooper reported possibly seeing Charlotte Davenport in a white Chevy Avalanche in Girdwood. Davenport was wanted on an outstanding $5,000 warrant for Escape in the 2nd Degree.
On June 10, 2020 at approximately 0015 hours, a Seward PD officer observed a white Chevy Avalanche matching the description given by the off-duty trooper as it was pulling into the Safeway parking lot. The officer contacted the driver and identified him as Christopher Rogers. Rogers stated that he had just dropped Davenport off at Raibow Fiberglass. Rogers was arrested for an outstanding $500 warrant for Assault in the 2nd Degree and Assault in the 3rd Degree. Rogers was remanded to the Seward Community Jail.
A second Seward PD officer responded to Raibow Fiberglass where he located and arrested Davenport on her outstanding warrant. Davenport was remanded to the Seward Community Jail.
