Subject: Shooting Incident



On Wednesday May 27 at approximately 10:22pm, the Sun Prairie Police Department received a call of a disturbance inside the Rock Sports Bar and Grille, 920 W. Main Street. As officers were responding to the scene, it was further reported that a male subject fired approximately 3-5 gun shots from a hand gun in the parking lot of Rock Sports Bar and Grille. The male suspect who fired the gun shots then got into his vehicle and fled the scene prior to officer’s arrival.

There were several patrons in the parking lot during the shooting and thankfully none of them were shot. One bullet fragment was recovered from the siding of a house on Buena Vista Avenue north of the Rock Sports Bar and Grille.

The suspect has been identified but his name is not going to be released at this time as this is a very active investigation. More details will be made available when they are able to be released.

***UPDATE***

The Sun Prairie Police Department continues to actively seek the suspect in this shooting incident. The suspect is identified as TOTOXSY D. RANDLE, age 37, from Sun Prairie. Randle is being sought for charges of 1st Degree Reckless Endangering Safety and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
