Effective Monday June 15th, 2020:
All backyard type Campfires and Charcoal BBQ's are banned in the Truckee area. This is a regional ban will continue through November, 2020.
- Gas BBQ's and gas fire pits are allowed.
- Designated campgrounds are exempt.
- Report illegal campfires by calling 911

Additionally, CalFire has suspended all residential debris burning effective June 15th, 2020 for the season.
