Dear Fair Haven Residents:

Please be advised that you will be receiving an “Estimated Tax Bill” for your regular third quarter property tax payment, which is due on August 1, 2020, with a grace period through August 10, 2020.  The Borough will be mailing your final 2020 tax bill and your preliminary 2021 tax bill, sometime in late summer, as soon as the County Board of Taxation certifies the tax rate for all taxing entities (Schools, County, Municipal). This delay was anticipated by the New Jersey Division of Local Government Services and it is directly related to the coronavirus outbreak.
