Felony OWI 6th Offense 
On Friday, June 12th at 8:15 am Middleton Police responded to a report of a construction site accident at 2409 Parmenter Street. Andrew Fristoe, a worker for the construction site, drove his vehicle into some cement footings at the site.
No one was injured and it was determined that he was under the influence of heroin. He was arrested for 6th offense operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of controlled substance and booked into the Dane County Jail.
Pursuant to the directive of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, as found in Supreme Court Rule 20:3.6, Trial Publicity, you are advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
