Important Recreation Update:

The state has just recently released specific guidelines and safety standards pertaining to summer camps, sports activities, and the related aspects of park programming.

In cooperation with our Recreation Committee, the Borough is in the process of carefully reviewing these very detailed safety standards. We realize that some towns have already made a decision to cancel summer camps; however, based on the guidelines set forth by Mayor Lucarelli and our Parks and Recreation Council Liaisons, Councilpersons Sorensen and Koch,  Fair Haven decided to hold off on this important decision, pending the release of statewide standards. At this point in time, we are still hopeful that we will be able to offer some sort of summer recreational programming experience here in Fair Haven. While we do not yet have a definitive answer, please be assured that we plan on announcing a final decision on summer programming in the coming weeks.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.
