US Attorney announces charges filed against F. Robert Fritzky. 
Today, the US Attorney's office announced that charges have been filed against F. Robert Fritzky stemming from fraudulent activities during his work as the Moraga Community Foundation treasurer. These charges are as a result of a joint investigation between the Moraga Police Department and the Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigations Unit. The investigation was initiated when current members of the Foundation board noticed irregularities and immediately notified the Moraga Police.
