The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for... Northeastern Comanche County in southwestern Oklahoma... Southeastern Caddo County in southwestern Oklahoma...

* Until 430 PM CDT.

* At 134 PM CDT, radar indicates up to three inches of rain have fallen over the last one to two hours. Another inch of rainfall is likely. Reports of flooded roads in the Elgin area have also been received. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Elgin, Apache, Fletcher, Cyril, Sterling, Lake Ellsworth and eastern Fort Sill.

* AFFECTED AREAS: CADDO, OK ... COMANCHE, OK

Instructions:

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
