SHERIFF VICTOR HILL Orders Waffle House Shooter Identified As Jasmine Kirk Placed #1 On His Top Ten Most Wanted! 
Jonesboro PD Investigators have now positively identified the Waffle House shooter as Jasmine Monica Kirk and have obtained a warrant for her arrest for murder. Sheriff Victor Hill has ordered Kirk placed #1 on his top ten most wanted and has called in his elite Fugitive Squad to find her and bring her in.
Kirk is described as a black female 5 foot 1 in height, weighing approximately 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Kirk should be considered armed and dangerous and if spotted, 911 should be dialed immediately.
