Personal Injury Traffic Crash


Sheriff Richard J. Behnke, reports that on 06/21/2020 at approximately 1222 hours, his office was called to investigate a personal injury accident at the intersection of US-12 and Fir Rd., in Milton Township, Cass County Michigan.
Investigation shows that a 23 year old Kenneth Mcgahee of Elkhart IN, was turning left onto Fir Rd from US12 when 38 year old Donna Burkhart of Elkhart IN, failed to stop and rear-ended Mcgahee. Burkharrt was transferred by ambulance to Lakeland Niles for her injuries sustained in the traffic crash.

Seatbelts were worn by all parties involved in the traffic crash. Drugs and alcohol do not appear to be a factor in the traffic crash.
