Subject: Shooting Incident on Athletic Way
On Sunday, June 21st, at approximately 5:09am, the Sun Prairie Police Department received a report of a disturbance involving a subject with a gun, and the gun had been discharged at least one time. Officers arrived on scene a short time later and made contact with 3 individuals. These are the only people believed to be directly involved in the incident on Athletic Way. One of the subjects was treated at an area hospital for non-life threatening injuries. The incident is currently under investigation. More information will be released when it becomes available.
