-It is unlawful for any person to ignite, discharge, and use consumer fireworks except on the following days after 11:00 a.m.: June 29 to July 4 until 11:45 p.m. on each of those days.
You may discharge fireworks from your own privately owned property and on other private property if you have specific permission from the private property owner. In no case can you discharge from public property (i.e. public streets, parks, sidewalks, terraces, etc.)
-No person shall discharge, ignite or use fireworks while under the influence of alcoholic liquor, a controlled substance, or a combination of alcoholic liquor and a controlled substance.
-No person shall recklessly endanger the life, health, safety, or well-being of any person by the ignition, discharge, or use of consumer fireworks.
-Consumer fireworks shall also not be sold to a minor.
