PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Sunshine Law and the Second Class Township Code that the Plainfield Township Board of Supervisors will hold a Regular Meeting on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 commencing at 6:00 P.M., prevailing local time at the Plainfield Township Volunteer Fire Company Outdoor Pavilion which is located at 6480 Sullivan Trail, Wind Gap, PA 18091. This meeting replaces the regular meeting that was originally scheduled for Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at the Plainfield Township Municipal Building. The meeting will take place outdoors, so please plan accordingly. Extreme inclement weather may require the cancellation of this meeting; please check the Plainfield Township website for any cancellation notices (https://plainfieldtownship.org/).

The purpose of the regular meeting is to consider all New Business, all Old Business, and any other items that may come before the Board of Supervisors members for their consideration.

In addition to direct public participation during the meeting, written comments concerning any listed agenda items may be submitted to the Township Manager by way of an email to [email protected] or via U.S. Mail C/O Township Manager, Plainfield Township, 6292 Sullivan Trail, Nazareth, PA 18064.
 
The agenda shall include the following agenda item: Grand Central Sanitary Landfill, Inc./Waste Management Rezoning Request.
 
The Plainfield Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to take official action on any and all listed agenda items. Interested parties will have the opportunity to comment prior to any official action taking place and during the Citizen’s Agenda/Non-Agenda portion of the meeting. The regular meeting agenda will be posted on the Plainfield Township website (https://plainfieldtownship.org/) on or before Friday, July 3, 2020. All interested parties are invited to participate in this meeting.
