MISSING ADULT AT RISK:
Elaine Youngigie is 67 years old, 5’09”, 140 lbs, black hair, brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black head scarf, red jacket and multi-colored leggings. Elaine may have dementia, but she has not been diagnosed with it.
She was last seen on May 19th, around 12PM in the area of Belhaven Street in Hayward. She was reported missing on May 19th, at 5PM.
