On 6-26-20, at about 4:25 PM, a male subject approached two female subjects in a vehicle at the Westfield Fox Hills Mall and pointed a firearm at them. Fortunately, the female victims were not harmed.

Responding Culver City Police Officers located the suspect vehicle in the area of the mall and a vehicle pursuit ensued. The suspect fled the area and subsequently crashed into several civilian vehicles at the intersection of La Cienega Blvd., and Centinela Ave., in the city of Inglewood. The suspect then fled on foot. Paramedics were immediately summoned to the scene to treat the injured parties.

CCPD officers chased the armed subject but lost sight of him in the area; a firearm was recovered at the scene. A perimeter was established in an effort to locate the suspect. A search was conducted but the suspect was not located. His vehicle was towed as evidence and CCPD personnel are actively investigating to identify him. He is described as a male, Black, approximately 25 years old, heavy build, wearing black shorts, a black shirt and white tennis shoes.

The suspect is wanted for PC 245 (Assault with a deadly weapon), CVC 20001 (Felony hit and run) and CVC 2800.2, (Felony Evading).

The civilians involved in the traffic collision sustained moderate injuries, none of which were life threatening. They were transported to local hospitals for treatment.
