July 7th Vote- By- Mail Primary Election:
According to Governor Murphy’s Executive Order #144, the July 7th Primary Election is primarily a vote-by-mail election.

If you are registered as Republican or Democrat, you will automatically receive the ballot for your party.

If you are currently registered as Unaffiliated with a political party, you will receive an application to submit and declare a political party, and in return you will receive that party ballot in order to cast your vote.

It is imperative that you follow this process, as no in-person election will take place at the polling locations. Please read all directions carefully in the ballot envelope, and return mail ASAP to avoid delay.

Only paper Provisional (paper) Ballots and a device for the disabled will be available to cast your vote at a polling place on July 7th.

DO NOT bring your vote-by-mail ballot to polling locations.
Polls Open 6:00 AM until 8:00 PM

July 7, 2020 Primary Election Barnegat polling locations:
Districts 2, 4, 6: Barnegat Firehouse, 11 Birdsall Street
Districts 3, 7, 8, 12: Barnegat Community Center, 900 W. Bay Avenue
Districts 9, 13, 14, 15: Barnegat Courtroom, 900 W. Bay Avenue
Districts 1, 5, 10, 11: Barnegat High School, 180 Bengal Boulevard

Ocean County drop box locations for last minute voters to submit ballots no later than 8pm on Election Day July 7th:

Ocean County Southern Resource Center, 179 South Main Street, Manahawkin 08050 Drop box is located by the front entrance, 24 hours a day. Open until 8pm on Election Day.

Brick Municipal Building, 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, Drop box is located by the rear entrance, 24 hours a day. Open until 8pm on Election Day. Ocean County Complex Parking Garage, 129 Hooper Ave & Madison St, Toms River, 3rd Floor, entrance to breezeway, 24 hours a day. Open until 8pm on Election Day. Ocean County Northern Resource Center, 225 4th Street, Lakewood, Drop box is located by the front entrance, 24 hours a day. Open until 8pm on Election Day. Ocean County Library Manchester Branch, 21 Colonia Drive, Manchester, Drop box is located by the front entrance, 24 hours a day. Open until 8pm on Election Day.
