The Police Department has received complaints and also noticed the number of commercial vehicles parked in residential zones and in residential driveways in violation of the Borough's ordinances. Specifically, Chapter 7 Traffic, 7-15.1 prohibits the parking of commercial vehicles in all streets in the Borough between 9:00 p.m - 6:00 a.m. and in all residential zones, which does permit no more than one commercial vehicle provided it is garage kept or parked in the rear of the house and screened from view from the street.
