The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a
* Flood Advisory for... West central Wayne County in east central Indiana... Northwestern Fayette County in east central Indiana...
* Until 415 PM EDT.
* At 113 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain were producing rainfall rates of about an inch per hour.
* Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways and underpasses will occur. In addition, farmland near creeks, streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding. Some locations that will experience minor flooding include... Cambridge City, Dublin, Mount Auburn, Bentonville and Falmouth.
* AFFECTED AREAS: WAYNE, IN ... FAYETTE, IN
