In order to accommodate outdoor dining and retailer merchandise in the downtown corridor, the City is implementing Open Streets Los Altos, a partial shutdown of downtown every Thursday-Monday through 9/28/20 allowing for pedestrian-only access.

The closure will take place on the following streets. Refer to the map for more details.

• Main Street will be shut down from Community Plaza to First Street
• State Street will be shut down from Third Street to First Street 
• A small portion of Fourth Street will be closed from State Street to the first plaza driveway

Note: The numbered streets (First, Second and Third) will remain open to vehicular traffic. The plazas will remain open to allow for parking. 

We suggest parking in the plazas or utilize the pickup and drop-off locations, there's ADA street accessible parking and bike parking for easy access and convenience plus an Information Booth located at Third and Main - Chase Plaza.
