On July 1, 2020.
On June 1, 2020, the Kern County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant at an illegal gaming casino being operated inside of a residence in the 300-block of Beardsley Ave, in Oildale. Deputies located and detained 15 people at the residence when the search warrant was served.
After searching the residence, deputies located four illegal gaming machines, several packages of methamphetamine, narcotics paraphernalia, a stolen truck and Kern County Sheriff’s Office Taser, which was reported stolen on 6/9/2020, in east Bakersfield.
Two suspects were arrested for felony charges and several were cited and released for misdemeanor warrants.
