About 2:30AM an officer involved shooting occurred in the area of W. Jackson Street and Tarman Avenue in Hayward. Our investigations bureau is on scene and actively investigating this incident.
The shooting involved the California Highway Patrol. No officers from the Hayward Police Department were involved.
