Be advised that today, Independence Day, July 4th, 2020, the Lakeport Fire Protection District and the Lakeport Police Department will have a dedicated illegal fireworks enforcement team working in the City of Lakeport with the sole mission of seizing illegal fireworks and arresting or citing violators. Fire danger is expected to be very high and we are going to have zero tolerance for any illegal fireworks.
