Felony OWI 4th Offense
The Middleton Police Department arrested 44-year-old David Andren of Madison for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated—Fourth Offense, a felony.
On Sunday, July 5, 2020 at approximately 2:25am, a Middleton Police Officer saw Andren driving erratically in the 2500 block of Parmenter Street. After stopping Andren, the officer noted that he was disoriented and slurring his words. Andren also told the officer that too much to drink.
After Andren attempted to perform Field Sobriety Tests, he was arrested for OWI. Andren provided a breath sample after his arrest. The result was .22%. The prohibited alcohol content in Wisconsin is .08%
Andren was booked into the Dane County Jail for Felony OWI—4th Offense
