Heavy Rain will start late tonight, and continue throughout Friday with a possibility of 1 – 2 inches of rain, with locally higher amounts
.
A flash flood watch will be in effect starting at 4 AM on Friday, and will remain in effect until Friday evening.

A Flash Flood Watch means that there is the potential for flash

may quickly inundate roadways and areas of poor drainage. Streams
