Palmdale Deputies Arrest Assault with A Deadly Weapon Suspect.. 
On July 10, 2020, at approximately 8:45 p.m., Palmdale Sheriff’s Station deputies responded to the 38000th block of Carolside Avenue, in the City of Palmdale regarding an assault with a deadly weapon call for service.
Upon the deputies' arrival, the victims stated they had been shot at.
Based on preliminary information given by the victims, an argument ensued between the victims and the suspect. As the victims were driving away, southbound on Carolside Avenue, the suspect fired one round that struck the rear bumper of their vehicle.
The suspect fled the location on his skateboard.
Deputies located the suspect and detained him. A “field show up” of the suspect was conducted and the victims positively identified the suspect as the person who shot at them.
Deputies conducted a search for the firearm at the suspect’s residence and recovered a revolver in the backyard.
The suspect was identified as Isaac Rodriguez, 24.
He was arrested and booked at the Palmdale Sheriff’s Station for assault with a deadly weapon (Firearm). He is currently being held on a $50,000 bail.
