Sewer Mainline Replacement along Moraga Way - Expect Some Traffic Delays during July. 
The Contra Costa Central Sanitary District is currently undertaking a sewer main replacement on Moraga Way near the northern Orchard Road intersection; there will be one-way traffic control in place 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday for the next two and a half weeks; additionally, CCCSD will also be working at the location Saturday, July 18th and Saturday, July 25th; from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; drivers can expect delays while this work is taking place. This project is scheduled to be completed by August 1, 2020.
