Deputies arrest Jaime Vizcarra of Chino Hills for multiple burglaries and driving while under the influence

VICTIM(S): Residents of Chino Hills
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, July 15, 2020, at about 5:29 a.m., deputies from the Chino Hills Station responded to a report of suspicious circumstances in the 15000 block of Oakgrove Court in Chino Hills. The victim found a female and three other male suspects broke into his garage, entered a vehicle, and stole property. The victim saw the suspects flee in a red Ford Fiesta and observed it crash into a parked vehicle on Oakview Court. The unidentified male suspects ran and were not located. Vizcarra was in the suspect vehicle, attempted to drive away from the scene of the collision, and was intoxicated.
Through investigation, deputies determined there were four other victims whose garages or vehicles were broken into and property was stolen. Stolen property was found in the suspect vehicle and was returned to some of the victims. Vizcarra was arrested and booked into West Valley Detention Center for burglary, conspiracy, and driving under the influence.
