Alert - Thefts from unlocked motor vehicles continue. Remember to lock your vehicles.

Guilderland Police and neighboring communities continue to receive reports of thefts from unlocked motor vehicles during the overnight hours.

Remember to ALWAYS lock your vehicles and don't leave valuable items inside.
Lock residences and sheds.
Use outside lighting, alarms and security cameras if available.

Report any suspicious persons or vehicles immediately. Anyone who has information on recent thefts or has home security video is asked to contact Inv. John Laviano or Officer Matt Hanzalik at (518) 356-1501.
