Southern Clinton County in northwestern Missouri... Northwestern Ray County in west central Missouri... Northeastern Platte County in west central Missouri...
* Until 345 PM CDT.
* At 1250 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated that heavy rain has fallen over the area. This heavy rain has cause flooding. Between 2 and 6 inches of rain have fallen.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... St. Joseph, Excelsior Springs, Smithville, Kearney, Lawson, Plattsburg, Lathrop, Gower, Elwood, Agency, Trimble, Edgerton, Dearborn, Camden Point, Holt, Crystal Lakes, Rushville, Excelsior Estates, Lewis And Clark Village and Woods Heights.
