The National Weather Service in Paducah has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Southwestern Scott County in southeastern Missouri... East central Stoddard County in southeastern Missouri...

* Until 300 PM CDT.

* At 212 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Morley, or near Oran, moving east at 15 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include... Sikeston, Oran, Miner, Benton, Morley, Hay-Wood City, Vanduser, Blodgett and Lambert. This includes Interstate 55 between Mile Markers 66 and 85.

* AFFECTED AREAS: SCOTT, MO ... STODDARD, MO

Instructions:

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
