On July 4, 2020 at approximately 11:11 PM, the Angels Camp Police Department responded to a report of a robbery and assault that had occurred in the 600 block of Copello Ave.
The victim reported to Angels Camp Police Officers that he was assaulted by 23 year old Valley Springs resident, Patrick Fair. The victim said that Fair assaulted him and stole the victim’s cellphone. The victim suffered moderate injuries as a result of the assault.
Fair was not present at the time the victim reported the assault.
On July 18, 2020 at approximately 02:15 AM, Fair was located by the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office in San Andreas. An Angels Camp Police Officer responded to San Andreas and arrested Fair. Fair was booked at the Calaveras County Jail for the following charges:
243(d) PC- Battery-Serious Bodily Injury
211 PC- Robbery
