Kern County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's assistance in locating an at risk missing juvenile. Elizabeth Michelle Powers white female juvenile 5 years old date of birth 06/15/2015 she is 4 foot and 45 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes wearing a teal and silver bathing suit. Elizabeth was last seen this morning at 2 am in the area of Old Isabella Recreation site in Lake Isabella.
