COUNTYWIDE HEALTH ORDER ENFORCEMENT APPROVED BY COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS.

Click on the below link for an update on the Countywide Health Order Enforcement plan. The Board of Supervisors unanimously approved this urgency ordinance during the July 21 meeting.
Locally the Town of Fairfax and Fairfax Police Department will follow these guidelines on education and enforcement be it administrative citations or criminal misdemeanor citations.
The Fairfax Police will continue to take calls and complaints of any violations of all the shelter in place orders et all, and investigate appropriately and/or refer to any other agency or Town department.
