On 07/22/20 around 7pm on the Tommy Thompson trail near 30th street, the male in the photograph was walking his dog and it bit a child who was riding a scooter. The dog is described as being a terrier type, white in color with dark colored ears. The male made a remark that the dog recently had surgery and there was a patch of shaved fur.
