STALLION SPRINGS RESIDENTS - ROAD OILING to take place on July 29th and July 30th

Hello Residents,
The Stallion Springs Community Services District has contracted to have road oiling placed thoroughout Stallion Springs streets on  July 29-and July 30th. Please take the time to read the contents of this notice as your travel or commute may be impacted. Please read attachments as well.
 
On July 29th a contractor will be in Stallion from approximately 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. and will be oiling the following streets: Quail/Dove/Horsethief between Jacks Hill and Stallion Springs Dr./Stallion Springs Dr. between Horsethief and St. Andrews and Cedar Canyon Dr.
 
On July 29th we are asking residents on the following streets to stay off the roads for the day.  It is best that you remain at home or make arrangements for the day to be gone by 7a.m.: 

  • Horsethief Drive
  • Kern Ct.
  • Arvin Ct.
  • Cummings Ct.
  • Sacramento Way
  • Poso Ct.
  • Greenhorn Ct.
  • Tejon Dr.
  • Chaparral Ct.
  • Quail, Dove
  • Stallion Springs Dr. (Between Horsethief Drive and Saint Andrews)
  •  Lucaya Way
  • Spyglass Dr.
  • Cedar Canyon Dr. and all roads off Cedar Canyon between Delaware Drive and Carlisle Dr.
On July 30th a contractor will be in Stallion from approximately 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. and will be oiling the following roads:
  • St. Andrews between Commanche Drive and Shannon Ct.
  • Burning Tree Dr.
  • Burning Tree Ct.
  • Man O War Drive
  •  Nashua Ct.
  •  Needles Ct.
  • Churchill
  • Buckpasser, Drive
  • Bold Venture Dr. from Stallion Springs Drive to High Gun
On July 30th we are asking residents to stay off the roads for the day.  It is best that you remain at home or make arrangements for the day to be gone by 7a.m.:

The roads should be drivable approximatley six  hours after the application is put down, please drive slowly when returning to your home. Thank you for your cooperation.
