Rebecca Garcia-James was last seen being picked up by a dark grey, 2018 Dodge Challenger on Legion Road in Hope Mills, just after midnight on the night of July 8, 2020. She has brown hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a black tank top, ripped and faded blue jean shorts and pink slippers. She has tattoos of “Jerrica Hayley” on her chest, “Olivia” on the left side of her neck and “Serenity” on the right side of her neck.
